EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION

Users may send their concerns and exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition in writing to Digital Labs  S.L.’s registered office, Vía de las Dos Castillas 9, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, España, or by sending an e-mail to info@digital-labs.es, along with valid proof of ID, such as a photocopy of an official ID.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

Users declare to be aware of the conditions on personal data protection, and accept and consent to the processing thereof by Digital Labs  S.L., in the manner provided for each and for the purposes stated in this Data Protection Policy.

Contact Form

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, users of digital-labs.es, through sending the contact form, in compliance with the provisions of Article 6 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, give their express consent to Digital Labs  S.L. for the personal data provided therein to be included in an automated file owned by Digital Labs  S.L., which is duly registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD).

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Digital Labs  S.L. reserves the right to amend this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation, case law or industry practices.

In such cases, Digital Labs  S.L. will announce the changes introduced with reasonable notice before implementation on this page.
